Delete my data
You have the right to request deletion of your Mary account and all associated personal data. This page explains how to submit that request.
Send us a deletion request
Email support@marycare.co.uk with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include the email address associated with your Mary account.
We verify your identity
We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request, to protect against unauthorised deletion.
Your data is deleted
We will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days and confirm this by email.

Send your deletion request to our support team. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

On request we permanently delete the data Mary has collected for the account, including:
- the device identifier used to link the device;
- location history and geofence (safe-zone) data;
- contacts, names, phone numbers and contact photos;
- reminders and caregiver links;
- the list of installed apps synced for the simplified launcher;
- call information (numbers, names and timing of calls in Mary);
- crash logs and diagnostics.
What may be kept
We may retain a limited record where the law requires it (for example, basic transaction or safety records). Routine backups are purged on a rolling cycle, and any retained data is kept no longer than 90 days after deletion unless a longer period is legally required.
